(More customer reviews)First of all, the packaging was rediculous. It consisted of five layers of cardboard and tape, and then the whole thing was wrapped in clingwrap and tape. It took me 30 minutes just to get it open! (I am convinced this is a ploy to prevent returns)The instructions were incredibly vague, and the pieces don't fit together perfectly, you have to use quite a bit of muscle to get it together. The lamp was broken (I fixed it with superglue but now the switch doesn't turn and I have to plug it in to turn it on) and the device to attach it to the table is downright pathetic. Hinges are alternately too stiff or too lose, and bottom swivel has no control, so it basically just hangs there.
Also, this table is TINY!! Keep in mind when viewing the dimensions of the board that you won't be able to use the right 3rd of the table because it's over the shelves. The shelves are the width of a standard piece of paper - no more. Table is also roughly textured, it will show up in your pencil work. The table top is supposedly "adjustable" but really only goes from flat to about 15 degrees up. Whoever designed the "adjustable" bits clearly has no knowledge of physics, as it would require the table top back to go STRAIGHT UP in order to get steeper angles.
The chair is actually fairly decent.
I am keeping the table for now, because it's just barely good enough for my needs, but I'm probably going to resell it and buy a better one in the near future.
All in all, you get what you pay for when you buy this table. If you want something nice and professional, shell out the extra $40.
Oh, and the image provided is reversed.

To my surprise I received a shipment from "Staples" for a mat that is "for commercial carpets only" along with an invoice for $19.50 - So ReStockit just made a profit of $5.50 (+ whatever they cleared on the s+h !) by misleading the consumer!! Overall the mat is barely acceptable and the way it was presented and sold is very shady so I would be very careful from ordering from this merchant.

(More customer reviews)I've recently swapped from sitting at a desk (which I have done for nearly 20 years) to working at a "stand-up" desk. I found that standing on office carpets, even while wearing comfortable shoes, was tough - I would barely last 5 to 10 minutes. And the accumulative effects were enough that I doubted I would get acclimatized anytime soon.
Having tried this mat for a week now, I found that I can stand on it for 20 minutes or more at a time straight away. And even at the end of the 20 minutes my feet don't feel bad - I am just sitting at that point because I am sick of standing, not because I have to sit.
Rather than move the mat out of the way, I am allowing my chair to roll over it. It is not conducive to rolling (being a high chair I don't have the leverage to move it much even on the normal carpet - on the mat I have no hope). When I move the chair away, I can see definite indents in the mat where the wheels were, however these spring back within 5 minutes or so.
This has been an excellent purchase as far as I am concerned.

I have spent up to 14 hours in this chair (i have the one with tempurpedic) without having to do a direct deposit of my paycheck to the chiropractor.
YES - the rollers can be a bit of a pain
YES - the knee pad can move around a bit - But please note: the design of this chair is that the knee pad sits on two large rubber grommets. I personally feel that the JOBRI folks made a mistake in not including locking washers with the two screws that mount the kneeling pad. If you add locking washers the screws won't slowly loosen and give you serious wobble - this will also allow you to tighten these screws without having to really TORQUE them tightly.
What this then gives you is a tight fit so it doesn't loosen too much, but leaves it loose enough to allow the kneeling pad to tilt slightly forward or back according to your particular body type.
FWIW: I'm 5'11" and very comfy in this chair.
Regarding purchasing the chair through AMAZON - Don't do it.
Search the product on google and note that several places sell the chair for the same price without the outrageous shipping fees.

(More customer reviews)I usually don't write reviews. Typically so many are available for the products that one more doesn't make much of a difference. Since this chair/stool didn't have any I decided to provide one.
As indicated, this is a great stool for the money, but there were as few things flaws worth mentioning. First, the directions were for a desk chair without any arm rest. Secondly, there were no directions for installing the arm rest, extension post for the stool, or for the foot rest. I have no idea whether this is a result of the manufacturer or the supplier. The stool is an obvious repacking as the box was not for the stool, but all the parts seem to be new.
Luckily, I'm mechanically inclined and was able to determine how to install the additional items easily enough. Someone like my wife, who is very intelligent but lacks any mechanical ability, would never be able to put it item together. Also, the stool could use a few more inches in height. I have it extended as high as it will go, but it's still about 3/4 of an inch shorter than I would like for a drafting table.
On the positive side, the chair arrived in a very timely fashion and with all parts supplied. I would buy this chair again and would order it from the same company without hesitation.

This guy named "Greg" called me on the date that I was supposed to recieve my chairs and tell me that they don't have the color that I order. So I ask him to take a picture of the chair I order, that he currently have in stock, I just want to see it. So he send it to my phone, but instead of the chair I order he took the picture of another chair. I ask him why you taking a picture of another chair and not the chair I order, his respond...well "It's in storage so I can't take it out to take a picture for you?" Very RUDE!!!! If I am a customer and I order something from you, you need to at least satisfy your customer service and show me what I will be buying and not something else. Make no Sense! I don't recommend this company, especially when you spend your hard earning money.

This model seems to be pretty good - I even fall asleep in it because it leans back far enough to be comfortable. SERTA is the best. I tried a ton of them at various stores. (More customer reviews)My 'computer desk' at home consists of one of those 8 foot folding tables. The distance between both legs of the table is about 72 inches, but the longest chair mat I could find in local office supply stores was 60 inches. For this reason, I went looking online for one that was at least 70 inches.
I saw several 72 inch chair mats here on Amazon, but most of them were of the bamboo variety. And the reviews for those were very hit or miss, and they were kind of pricey too. Plus, what I really wanted was just your average, 'garden variety' chair mat, but just a little bigger than usual.
That's when I ran across this chair mat. There were no reviews for it, but I decided to take a gamble and order it anyway. The mat arrived today, and turned out to be just what I needed. And best of all, even though it's not eligible for Amazon Prime, they did not charge me anything to ship it. On the downside though, it took them a couple of weeks to send it off.
As the product description states, there is no lip on mine, which is fine by me. I'm hoping it won't start to crack any time soon (I'm using it on carpet), and if it does, I'll update this review. So far though, it's perfect!

(More customer reviews)I just bought this chair recently (not off of Amazon, went into a store to pick it up). Took me about 15 minutes to assemble and immediately my girlfriend and I were playfully arguing over whose turn it was to sit in it. For the price (same as listed here on site) this chair is simply incredible. There are four massage points, two in the lumbar region and two in the mid-back region and they get the job done. Both areas can be turned off independently of the other and there is a setting for the intensity of the massage.
As far as quality of parts, I used to work at staples and while there I assembled countless office chairs, from the cheapest $30 ones to the pricey $300 and up ones, so I know quality when I see it. This chairs parts are rugged and it is well built.
I would have bought this chair even if it didn't massage, as the chair itself is incredibly comfortable and very stylish. There's a knob under the chair that you can turn and increase/decrease the effort required to lean the chair back and also a locking mechanism to prevent the chair leaning back altogether. Arm rests are at the perfect height and the chair is soft enough to be incredibly comfortable yet firm enough to provide plenty of support. Now my only issue is staying awake at my desk to get my work done.

Overall Quality 9/10 (if you want 10, expect to pay at least $300)
Comfort - 9/10
Value for the price (15 / 10)

(More customer reviews)The armless Ergonomic Chair is a very heavy, very well built/engineered chair. If you are my height, 5' 4" tall, you might find this chair a little high for you. It's a bit high for me (seat from the floor), but pretty comfortable even after hours of use.
It has very firm padding in seat and back, so should hold up a good long time. The fabric is tough, so should stay nice looking for years.
Fiddle with the adjustments until you find the right one. It might take awhile to settle on the best positioning.
I'd recommend this chair to anyone looking for one.
As far as quality for price, this chair is high on the list!
I am at the computer for hours each day. I also do watercolor painting and sew - all of which usually demand hours of sitting. If a chair can remain comfortable after hours... then it's a good chair. This one is a good chair!
