(More customer reviews)I was excited when I first purchased this chair; it is very comfortable. However, after only 16 months the cylinder mechanism completely broke on it without warning. Hon sent me replacement parts, however, they did not fit the chair correctly because the model had been revamped since I purchased it (a fact I only discovered after researching it online!). Since they included no instructions with the replacement parts I had a hard time trying to figure out what needed to be taken apart. The bolts were attached so tightly that even my fiance who is built like a brick house struggled to get them off.
Now after 11 days of having no office chair and wasting time with parts that don't even fit my chair Hon admitted they sent the wrong parts. Hon assured me they will be sending me the correct parts this time - I just have to wait another 5-7 days! Frankly for a chair that cost me nearly $300 I would have expected better! I have owned Hon furniture in the past and have always been pleased, however, after this experience I will think twice before ever ordering another of their products.

(More customer reviews)Originally I had given this product 4 stars, of course this was less than a month after I had received it. Now, I have to give it 2.5 stars. I've had it now for 5 years. I stopped using it after 3. I don't like to buy 'disposable' furniture. Although the price of the product is great, I'd rather spend more money on something that is durable and going to last for no less than 10 years. The back of the chair is flimsy and moves around even though all of the screws are tight. The seat is also flimsy and after about a year started squeaking. If you just want a cute chair to get you through 1-2 years, get this chair! It is cute, very retro, very 'me'...but I wouldn't buy it again.

(More customer reviews)Be aware that when they say tall, they mean tall. This chair is not really suitable for anyone shorter than around 6'1", and would probably work best for those over 6'3". I am 6'1", and my legs almost dangle off the edge at its lowest. Also, the padding is a bit stiff and not quite as generous nor as comfortable as advertised. It also has a fairly limited tilt, and the back is not adjustable.
This chair does have a lot of seating space, however, with adjustable arms that can be widened and raised to accommodate larger persons, and it is every bit as heavy duty as advertised.

Removing the seat and back, the remaining items did not appear to be factory packed. The plastic handle on the seat adjuster was broken probably due to bad design. I stopped further unpacking and placed the seat back inthe box having re-wrapped the seat handle and labeled it "BROKEN". The supplier refunded my money and arranged to have the item shipped back.

(More customer reviews)This chair was purchased because the seller advertised that it was made in the United States. Upon receipt, we realized parts of the chair said MADE IN CHINA. We then realized the box also said made in China. This was an attempt to not purchase cheaply made Chinese products, as they invariably are made incorrectly or not designed properly to begin with. Case in point, the bolt holes do not align with the mounting brackets underneath the chair. This is the second desk chair we've bought this year, as our previous chair was also designed incorrectly. The reason we spent $140 on an office chair is so that we'll not have to buy one for several years. It makes absolutely no sense to purchase 10 chairs in 5 years at $80-$150 each when we could purchase a single office chair for that much which lasts a decade.
Long story short, seller advertised MADE IN USA and sent cheap Chinese trash.

(More customer reviews)SUMMARY: Just a simply fantastic, fun, and stylish furniture innovation. I am extremely happy with my webble purchase. I use it at my home office, and am likely going to be buying several for our work office as well. I have a hard time keeping it under my desk though, as everyone who sees this wants it.
PROS: Rock solid reliability. High end finish and quality manufacturing. I was worried about how this thing would clean, as my feet/shoes are often dirty, and dirt simply wipes right off with a damp cloth. I also like the wheel action, designers picked a great wheel mechanism that has great rolling responsiveness, but also a clever locking system so kids can't abuse webble as skateboard. Brilliant!
CONS: Really, they aren't any. Product does what it says it does, and is worth every penny to me. I might ask for more colour options going forward, but I'm sure when this product takes off, that will happen anyhow.

For the price you get your moeny's worth, I guess, but don't even bother putting the wheels on. I bot 4 chairs and all the wheels were broken in 3 weeks. No abuse either. The seat is rather stiff and the lumbar support sits too low on my back (the bottom of the lumbar [...]does nothing to support my back. I'm 5'6".). Unfortunately, it's set on the highest setting. Also, the chair is very heavy and does not roll easily.
The chair's material is prettier than what you can see in Amazon's picture, and the chair is constructed of sturdy material. Definitely meant to last a long time.
