After long hours of web searching, I found an chair mat that was made for my office. Unfortunately it's a little pricey and only available from a few companies. Amazon came through providing the perfect product with the best price. I love this chair mat and will never purchase an ordinary white chair mat again!

(More customer reviews)Be careful buying this product, I did not receive it as promised and the two emails I sent were completely ignored. The packaging is poor and the product came damaged. The desk is less than a quarter inch thick and made of pressed board. It came with giant rubber bands to hold stuff down, what a joke. I have read the other bad experiences that others have, and apparently they don't pay for return postage for damaged items. Just be aware.

They have limited space for their computer, but we were able to determine that the width of the wall at the bottom of the stairs was perfect for this cart. It was very easy to assemble and once assembled and all of the computer equipment was transferred to the cart there was more room for everything then any of us thought possible. The placement of the CPU on the stand at the bottom was an excellent design feature. Their flat screen monotor and the external DVD writer (in a vertical position) are the only items on the desktop. The top shelf was the perfect width to hold the Cable modem in a vertical position as well as the speakers and their multifunction printer. The DVD/CD storage units on each side of the desktop had more than enough space to hold all of their media. The quality of the item was more than I had anticipated. It is sturdy and very well constructed. I would recommend this item to anyone that needs a rolling computer cart in "tight" spaces. For them, they only need to pull out the keyboard tray (which has plenty of width for the mouse and papers), slide in a chair and get to work. It has been a great addition to their home and they are very happy with it (as am I).

(More customer reviews)I got this lap table for my husband less than two months ago. A week ago, the table appeared cracked in half. We live in a wooden house in the midwest with plenty of wood furniture. This is the first time I have seen anything crack in my house, and we have been here for almost 10 years. As anybody who has done wood construction would know, this is a serious quality problem. Well, not only this product was substandard, but when I notified stacksandstacks about it, they said they don't accept returns after 30 days, which shows this is a substandard company as well. I don't know why I am so surprised. Anyways, I hope my experience helps other people so they do not waste their money, time and good manners with undeserving companies like this one.

The neat thing is, one can turn the desk around for various sitting positons--in a chair, in a bed, or leaning in a chair with your leg over the arm rest--it's light and wide enough for all your work--in bed, I turn it lengthwise, place my text near me and the laptop behind the text book--and bam! I got it all together. For those in online studies (don't laugh since John Hopkins now offers Masters online!), you will love that trick that I do for getting it all on one plane.
This lapdesk should improve posture too--no more leaning over the table in a stiff chair!
Each side has a small zippered pocket held underneath with velcor, the are about the size two decks of cards.

(More customer reviews)Well made but pricey. Looks good. The problem is that it keeps moving forward. I have tried a rubber mat that should stop it but to no avail. I need to pull it back often. I cannot think of any help for this. I have tried to use it on tile as well as carpet and a non skid mat. Always the same. I'll live with it, I guess.
