(More customer reviews)Long-story short: for the price, this is a great knock-off of a classic chair. It is sturdy and comfortable. It is by no means the quality or pedigree of the Eames original, but frankly for the money I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.
Longer story: the chair arrived missing a washer for the base and the arm was scratched; the seller immediately contacted the manufacturer, who shipped replacement parts quickly. While this was an unpleasant occurrence, both seller and manufacturer dealt with the problem professionally and promptly.
