(More customer reviews)We bought this mat (like many others) to replace a thinner one that had cracked after about one year. Initially this mat appears to be holding up pretty good -- it is not sagging under the weight of the chair rollers like the other one did. Hopefully this means it will last longer. ES Robbins claims it won't crack and has a warranty to that effect. A little time will tell.
