She assured me that this is a very comfortable chair and she knew it would meet my needs for comfort and airiness. Well, she was absolutely right! The Flat Bungee Office Chair w/ Arms Black is lightweight, made it up the stairs atop my head with no problem. It's airy and won't gather too much dust. The five rollers are quality and I don't worry about harming my hardwood floors. The arms are not adjustable, nor is the rear, but the seat is easily adjusted in height by depressing the handle to the right of the seat. Guess the manufacturer assumes most customers are right handed. Because each bungee pair is screwed into the chair by a phillips head screw, I imagine that they would be easy to replace if they ever wear out or have a problem. I find that by leaning back into the chair, I'm able to work at the computer for hours without a problem and look forward to a long term relationship with the chair.
