(More customer reviews)This chair was somewhat difficult to assemble. But manageable. But after a few weeks, the 450 lb. rated gas cylinder (I am 385lbs.) failed and the metal mechanism that holds the chair to the cylinder is bending.
The good... The arms are great. They lift when not needed and are strong enough to push off of to get out of the chair.
Still waiting on follow-up from the company. Too bad these chairs are not available with a screw type adjustment for height.
