(More customer reviews)Because I sit at the computer most of every day, I was having problems with office chairs that provided support and did not create excess pressure on the tailbone in different positions. I tried using a Coccyx Cushion (sold here at Amazon) but these flattened over time and had limited usefulness. I also tried the Herman Miller Celle chair. While it has a good desgn and good back support, the seats are molded plastic and have no give. They are also very expensive and the Aeron, which would probably be ideal, is more costly still.
On the other hand the SeatFlex is perfect. I have had it for months now and have had no recurrence of pain with its use. The elastic bands have good give and yet the back gives good support. If you have mid-back pains something with more back support may be preferable. But if you have very low back pain, this is a good buy. Its design is also quite attractive. It was also quite simple to assemble, although there was one screw that was somewhat stripped and could not be fully tightened.
