In any case, I wanted to tell you how very grateful I am for her wonderful assistance. Of course, a sales person is expected to know \"the business.\" But above and beyond that, she was very understanding, compassionate even, about my \"emergency\" back pain situation, and completely understood the urgency of getting the right chair to me as soon as possible. Of course the chair was there waiting when I got home yesterday (3 days--wow!). Terrie was patient with my questions, understood and analyzed my issues (the person\'s height, adjustability of the chair, severity of the pain, etc.) and made sure I got the right product.It is customer service like hers that marks the difference between a competent business and a truly excellent one. You should be proud that, because of her, yours falls into the latter category. Many thanks again, and best wishes
