(More customer reviews)Pros: The hydraulic mechanism works fine and the chair is attractive and comfortable. I like the padded arms.
Cons: My main issue is with the tilt control and the lock mechanism. I keep having to turn the chair upside down to fiddle with it which is annoying. If you are someone who likes to rock a bit while you're sitting in your office chair-I would take a pass on this one.
