(More customer reviews)I bought this chair specifically because it was described as having "Arm rest adjustable side to side." This was not the case.
I also could find no way of adjusting the back height.
It might have helped if instructions had been enclosed, but there were no instructions.
Also, the seat and back had almost no padding. So how was this "ergonomic?"
All I can say, is that my back hurt after sitting on this chair.
Considering the time I had to wait for it to arrive & then have someone put it together only to take it apart, repack and return it, I am really annoyed.
My advice is to buy locally, even if it costs more. If you want an ergonomic chair you must sit in it and try it out before buying it.
