(More customer reviews)If you have hardwood floors and own an aeron or mirra chair these are the casters you want to get to protect your floors. You can easily pop out the old casters that came with your chair and install these takes probably 3 minutes. I was still a bit scared to roll around (i did wheel around for a while though after I installed it) so I also put some low pile Flor carpet tile under my desk and these casters have no problems and no getting snagged on the carpet either.
