(More customer reviews)I ordered two chairs. They arrived still requiring some assembly. The backs of the chairs needed to be screwed onto the frames. However, there were no screws in the box, and worst of all, there were no pre-made holes in the backs of the chairs. If you want to assemble the chair as is, you must first measure where to place the screws in the back, and then drill eight or so holes in the back of the chair yourself before you can screw on the padded back to the frame.
