(More customer reviews)I bought this pair of armrests but they do not feel like the original OEM armrests that I had before. They feel of poorer quality. In addition, the package gave no proof or tags that these armrests were actually made by Herman Miller. I have no idea if these armrests are generics but I would not recommend buying these armrests.
Note: [...] did have good communication. Although they company charged for shipping (unlike other amazon stores) I did get the product quickly.
