(More customer reviews)After several years of use (this is the best chair I've had), my seat fabric wore out and the foam inside started to come loose. I emailed Safco's customer service looking for a new seat. I got a response within 15 minutes, and within a half hour they had a brand new chair shipped out to me, under warranty, for free. OUTSTANDING. They have a customer for life.
