(More customer reviews)I ordered the chair for my husband for Christmas, and I ordered it a week before Christmas Day. The chair was scheduled to arrive on Christmas Eve, and it did. My husband liked the chair, but said, "it was missing some screws, and you can't adjust the height on the arm rest", which he needed to do. He said, "the chair was not too hard to put together." I really loved the look of the chair, but it's not comfortable to me. The chair is very hard. I guess it's the price you pay for well needed ventilation. The chair is big and tall, which is great because my husband is tall. Overall... I'm pleased with the purchase.
