(More customer reviews)Typing is my livelihood, and I was tired of being attached to a table with my chair in an unnaturally high position. Because this tray allows me to adjust it to whatever height I need, I'm able to lower my chair so both feet are on the ground--a much more comfortable, ergnomically-correct position. It is very easy to put together. However, one problem is it's not extremely stable right out of the box. Before I got it adjusted just right I would hit it sometimes with a knee or an elbow and things would go flying. Now that I read the instructions on how to adjust it correctly, everything stays in place. I'm glad I purchased it.
