(More customer reviews)The box arrived in a condition that indicated it had been well used. Upon unpacking it appeared that the chair had been unpacked before. Removing the seat and back, the remaining items did not appear to be factory packed. The plastic handle on the seat adjuster was broken probably due to bad design. I stopped further unpacking and placed the seat back inthe box having re-wrapped the seat handle and labeled it "BROKEN". The supplier refunded my money and arranged to have the item shipped back.
