The seat is rather stiff and the lumbar support sits too low on my back (the bottom of the lumbar [...]does nothing to support my back. I'm 5'6".). Unfortunately, it's set on the highest setting. Also, the chair is very heavy and does not roll easily.
The chair's material is prettier than what you can see in Amazon's picture, and the chair is constructed of sturdy material. Definitely meant to last a long time.
