(More customer reviews)Kit attached to our chair quickly and easily. Arms are heavy duty based on weight, but they look kind of cheap and out of place in an office of Aerons. It's too bad we cant find the Aeron stool for the $400 or so you can get the chairs for otherwise we would have definitely gone with one of those. At $300 or so for this chair plus arms it's still no massive bargain, but at least the product appears to be made to handle repeated use. Looks aside, I give it four stars for utility.
