(More customer reviews)I ordered this chair for my son as a birthday gift. The "returns policy" for the manufacturer gave me pause. When I called I was told the item was not returnable because they only accept returns on items over 50 pounds in weight. So we knew we were taking a risk in ordering it. However, the customer service rep told me that my son was within the weight guidelines for the chair. I told her his height and weight. The chair is sold as a recliner desk chair. However, the leg support only extends as far as beneath the knees of my son -- obviously inadequate as a recliner. So we are stuck with a $300+ purchase which is not satisfactory to the user. Obviously, the lesson we've learned is, don't buy a chair that 1) YOU HAVEN'T SAT IN 2)CAN'T BE RETURNED. We won't repeat these mistakes. If you are over 6 feet tall, don't buy this chair. My son is 6'1" tall and this chair is not suitable for the use it purports to serve.
