(More customer reviews)Chair is very adjustable and comfortable, foam is very heavy duty. What you would expect from a 24 hour big&tall office chair. Only problem is that we have yet to find any locks for three of the arm adjustments - pivot, height (they give out under my husband's weight when he uses them to help him stand, despite him being lighter than the rating of the chair by a good bit), and pad slide (forward back). The most annoying one is the height thing. We're looking for replacement arms with actual locks for those adjustments if we can find them. If that's not a concern for you, you should be very pleased with this chair.
Instructions were sparse, but assembly's pretty easily obvious anyhow; took a single medium-large philips screwdriver and was done on the front porch with very little space.
Be aware that this chair is -heavy-. That's not a con. It's a fact of life if you want a heavy duty chair.
