(More customer reviews)I searched for quite some time for a sturdy, comfortable task chair. Upon arrival, the Alera chair seemed to fit the bill. It is clearly a quality product and appeared quite comfortable. However, after using it for a couple of weeks I've found that the seat cushion is now fairly compressed. This has reduced the comfort factor for the chair. Were it not for this, I would have rated it as five stars.
