(More customer reviews)The chair I bought had arms that were sloping forward and down. There were strings hanging all over the chair as if it was sewn by a three year old. The padding in the buttock area was almost nonexistant but under the femur was good. The material looked second hand like right out of a 5 and dime store. The tilt will not tilt back far enough to stretch your back after a long period at the computer. When you try to leave an honest review at the Bizchair web site they will not post it because it is not the type of review they want. They only want to post the raving reviews or the reviews that they make up internally. Don't depend on the reviews posted on there web site because they all might not be legitimate--BUYER BEWARE.
