I sit for long periods of time in both of my offices at work and at home. I love it and it makes my back feel wonderful after sitting for a long time. Needless to say, it never made if off of the chair in my home office so I have to order another one for work. The 40% savings in price was also a great deal! It is a great product for the cost and I highly recommend it.
