(More customer reviews)First, I do not own this chair yet. I am sitting in it right now in a Hilton Hotel on the west coast. This has to be the most comfortable, stable task chair I have ever used. I would give it 5 stars but I can't tell you how durable it is. But for comfort and adjustability I can give it 4 stars. I plan to order one through my purchasing department as soon as I get home. We'll find out very quickly how durable these are since we really work this type of chair pretty hard. I'll get back to you in about a month.
