(More customer reviews)Chair delivered fully assembled. The chair is heavy office furniture grade and memory foam in the seat. I was searching for a chair with memory foam due to poor circulation in my legs and the memory foam relieves the pressure from the back of my legs. The chair is wide comfy accomodates my 250lb weight frame and comes with good back support. You cannot adjust the back it is stationary "no up and down" adjustment although you can tilt or set to stationary. The arm rests are not adjustible. The back of the chair reaches my shoulders not long enough to reach neck area. I am so happy I own a HON chair they are usually very expensive and I am lucky I found mine at this price! If you can afford a little bit more money get the one with the higher back.
