(More customer reviews)worst problems are unpadded armrests (hurts my elbows) and foam pad seat. mesh back is great. foam will wear out. mesh is softer. adjustable: up/down, tilt back on/off and resistance level. rotate 360. 5 wheels. other cheap chairs had NO armrests, NO wheels, NO tilt, etc. so I am happy with my cheap chair. best chair is Herman Miller Aeron Lumbar. instructions warn against put your feet up on your desk, but I do it anyway. CAUTION: instructions say max load 250 lb. not for obese people. you are warned! I am very tall at 6'4. back still hurts but I like this chair.
