(More customer reviews)This chair mat does the job and it's great to have the quality! It's a replacement for a cheaper mat I bought earlier - the other mat cracked and pieces started coming off. My desk chair is light weight and I am not a HUGE person, but the carpet in my office is med pile; therefore the other mat must be suitable only for lower pile styles.
