(More customer reviews)We bought two of these from staples with free shipping. Assembly is very easy. It has adjustible height, tilt, and lumbar support. You can also adjust the resistance of the tilt with a knob under the chair. The armrests adjust up and down, but not very far down - they barely fit under my desk. The armrests are a fairly cheap plastic/rubber type material. Everything else about this chair is great, but the armrests really belong on a 49 dollar chair, not a 200 dollar chair.
My wife complains that she feels the chair keeps tilting her too far forward - the backrest is pushing her out. I don't feel that way at all. I like having the light pressure against my back, even when I am sitting on the front edge of the chair - Type A style!
