They arrived quickly. My only surprise was that the mailer they came in was open on one end when it got to my house, but the parts were still fine inside.
Unfortunately, they turned out to be the wrong measurement, but the people in customer service at the company were great about helping me find the proper size and encouraging me to return the wrong ones. That part of the transaction went smoothly as well.
